"Midnight Harbor Run" is a cinematic concept short that juxtaposes cozy, Ghibli-inspired aesthetics with high-octane, blue-collar animal kart racing. To bring this whimsical "What If" world to life, I engineered a hybrid production pipeline fusing traditional art direction with next-gen generative AI (Midjourney & Runway Gen-3). By utilizing AI as a creative force multiplier for rapid prototyping and dynamic motion synthesis, this workflow allowed me to bypass traditional production bottlenecks and focus entirely on storytelling, pacing, and visual world-building.
